This was my fourth trip to Orcutt, but it was the first time I noticed that the funky chimney matched the funky doorway on this building. I think they hold wedding receptions here. I’m pretty sure the structure is original, but these features look new to me. I left out a whole door in the middle and some ironwork that just cluttered up the scene.
We only seem to get about 1.5 hours in at the sites lately. I did the rest at home. Working these things over may make them less plein-airy, but it’s still good practice to me.
